VIN 001 2022 Corvette Convertible Factory Customized for Paul Stanley Heads to the 2022 Las Vegas Auction Block

| Paul Stanley’s (KISS founder and Lead Singer) custom 2022 C8 Corvette 3LT will go on sale with no reserve at the auction, held between June 30 and July 2. The co-founder of iconic rock band KISS, Mr. Paul Stanley, otherwise known as Starchild, is the proud owner of this incredible sports car. In addition to being a Rock & Roll Hall of Famer, Paul Stanley also has strong Corvette ties. In 2015, Stanley helped design a 2015 Corvette Stingray for the SEMA show. Stanley’s C8 is a factory custom 2022 Corvette 3LT and rides on pewter wheels. According to the Barrett-Jackson listing, this 2022 C8 Corvette 3LT comes complete with a slew of modifications which, according to the auction company, “played on the C8’s touring and sports car aspects.” However, the listing does not share any information regarding the said modifications. Since the modifications were part of the artist’s reservation, he didn’t expect to be lucky enough to get a VIN 001 car. Mr. Stanley was thrilled when he found out that he was allotted the very first C8 Corvette 3LT. The car flaunts a beautiful Red Mist Metallic Tint Coat paint job. Stanley was also responsible for designing the Long Beach Red paint option for the C7, the predecessor to Red Mist Metallic Tint Coat. A 6.2-liter V8 motor propels this custom sports car and hooks up to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The sports car also comes complete with a matching interior. Stanley also shared his thoughts. “I would rather draw attention from being understated than overstated; that’s just my preference,” explains Stanley. He further adds, “It’s an amazing car, and having it be VIN 001 is a collector’s dream.” The car, not unlike its owner, will not be the most understated ensemble on the road.
