| First, thank you for taking a moment to review what we consider to be our little slice of Heaven in Franklin, TN----a term often described to us by others for our home and the proximity in which we live. If you're unfamiliar with Franklin, it's a half-hour south of Nashville, TN in the "Middle Tennessee" area with a great climate and wonderful area to live. Specifically, our area is fairly well known as the area where country music-royalty resides in Williamson County-------the wealthiest county in the state with the best schools etc. Ok-----here's the property info. Franklin is a tough area to get into and even tougher to find clear space/land on which to build making this an optimal location to relocate for assured return on your investment. Our 2-story home was built by a builder with 2 Master bedrooms-----1 on each level--originally intended for the builder/owner and his parents in 1996. We are the 3rd owners having purchased the house in 2014. It was clear from the start that this was a gorgeous mini farm property that needed some updating so over the course of a year, we did everything to make this house modern and a truly wonderful place to live. The property is bordered by a RxR track to its west, and the Harpeth River to the east so it's on an oversized triangular lot that is level and genuinely beautiful from all angles and very private.
